Refund/Return Policy
Payment Policy
- We accept online orders through Prepaid only. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express Debit and Credit Cards, Netbanking, and UPI as payment methods for prepaid orders. All payment details are stored as per the RBI guidelines (managed and provided by Razorpay as a payment gateway).
- Please note for Visa and Master Cards, you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV Number (on the back of your card) when you make an online transaction using your Credit or Debit Card. For American Express cards, you will be required to submit your 15-digit card number and 4-digit code.
- If the amount has been deducted from your account, but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team at this link, and provide the information mentioned in the form.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once ‘fulfilled’ or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it is ‘fulfilled’, please log in to your account to check the status of the same and action cancellation if available. You can also contact our customer care if you have difficulty with the same.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Our Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
- In case you would like a refund/replacement of your product, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the order. The agent may ask for subsequent proof such as images and videos of the product, packaging, and invoice. You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement including any charges if:

- Replacement will not be processed if
- The product is tampered with or the seal is broken.
- The invoice copy is missing.
- Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, and MRP are tampered with.
- If it’s without original packaging.
- If the query is not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Allergic reactions due to product usage – we recommend you do a small patch test before usage and go through the ingredient list on the product page in detail before placing an order.
Refund Policy
- We may ask for some proof before initiating a refund. (such as images and videos of products)
- Refunding orders will take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an SMS and Email when the refund has been initiated and you may follow the link on the email to track your refund status.
Refund will not be processed if:
- a. Test for skin sensitivity by applying a small amount on the inside of your wrist.
- b. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- c. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician.
- d. Keep out of reach of children.
- e. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
